Formally a showroom and warehouse facility, 2200 + 2206 Locust includes the renovation of 29 existing lofts as well as the adaptive reuse of a neighboring 15,000 sq foot building. The first phase was to address the existing lofts at 2200. Creating a more efficient use of space, we were able to convert the lofts into light-filled, one + two-bed, two-bath apartments with contemporary finishes and framed city views. After stripping 2206 back to the concrete structure and masonry walls, we’ve developed the program for 13 lofts and a ground floor retail space. More progress photos to come.
