Bridget leverages creativity, knowledge and 25 year of experience in providing deliberate solutions and delivery to meet the goals of the client. She believes that collaboration with an integral, diverse team provides the best possible service, and results in bettering behaviors and experience through the built environment. Her award winning portfolio of work displays her strong design and technical experience in advancing the St. Louis urban fabric.

Architectural Designer

Melissa strives to achieve the goals of the client while creating a sense of place and beauty no matter the end user. She is passionate about improving the built environment to better the local community. She works to deliver creative strategies through effective problem solving, as well as improving efficiencies in project delivery and client operations through design. Melissa takes a collaborative approach to both internal and external team communication in an effort to produce a project of the highest standards.

Project Architect

Micki brings an extensive portfolio of design and project management experience to the team. Throughout her career, Micki has worked on many different project types both new construction and renovation including office, higher education, worship, retail, and mixed-use buildings. Micki enjoys designing spaces that people call home. She excels in managing complex projects and maintaining positive client relationships.
