2206 Locust Street, located in the Downtown West district of St. Louis, Missouri, is an adaptive reuse project transforming a historic two-story building into 13 loft apartments and a ground-floor retail space within earshot of CITYPARK. The design maximizes space while using light to create a responsive and context-sensitive environment, enhancing both the building’s functionality and connection to the surrounding urban landscape.
