The historic Morgens Brothers Cleaning & Dyeing Co. building complements and celebrates the past, while lending itself to a modernized aesthetic. Constructed in 1910, this large commercial building has been a landmark in Midtown for over a century. The building and neighboring lot were transformed into an elegant and welcoming hotel, marrying a detailed historic facelift of the front facade and exterior building shell, and the interior was gutted to provide the canvas for a colorful and modern hotel lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms.
