Many of the historic features were maintained or restored in this gut rehab of an abandoned 2-Family flat. We saw an opportunity to respect the structure’s history, while previewing modern features within. In addition to the interior renovation, a new garage was added. The thoughtful connection between the historic house and the new modern garage allowed us to reimagine the entry to the house and the side yard.
